Physical Damages are not considered for Warranty Claim
The WeCool warranty is valid only for the first purchaser of the WeCool product and is non-transferable. The warranty period is calculated from the original purchase date, and if a replacement is provided, the warranty will not reset.
The warranty services are limited to the repair or replacement of the product and are provided at the sole discretion of WeCool.
You can register a warranty service request at https://www.wecool.in/pages/warranty-claim-1. Our customer service team will get in touch with you and attempt to troubleshoot the issue.
In case of product replacement within the warranty period, And if the product is out of stock, an available/upgraded model of the equivalent price will be offered. The customer will not be eligible for a gift card or refund and warranty will continue as per previous product purchase date.
WeCool shall not be responsibility for any consequential or incidental damages, including but not limited to, loss of property, life, injuries, or personal data, which may arise, either directly or indirectly, due to any defects in products.
WECOOL WARRANTY IS NOT APPLICABLE IN ANY OF THE FOLLOWING CASES
The warranty does not cover damages from physical damage, incidental damage, unauthorized repairs, misuse, or any accidental incidents. It also excludes:
Spillage of liquid on the device
Exposure to extreme temperatures, atmospheric conditions, or waterlogging in the product
Use of non-specified chargers or unauthorized modification of wires
Improper or reckless use
This warranty will automatically terminate on the expiry of the warranty period, based on product category (as determined by proof of purchase), even if the product is not in use during the warranty period for any reason
Deterioration or peeling of the colour of the product due to normal wear & tear or usage.
Issues pertaining to look & feel of the product, dim display under sunlight, low sound quality due to accumulation of dust or dirt.
